Peripheral blood from each strain of mice is size-selected using our unique microfluidic device, removing red blood cells, platelets, and particles smaller than those (such as exosomes). The size selection is completed in a very short time and does not affect cell viability or proliferation, making it suitable for use in subsequent assays and other applications.
